Maundy Thursday Seder Celebration

Maundy Thursday Seder Celebration

Tonight we celebrated a Christian Passover Seder Celebration at Grace Presbyterian. Rather than a formal service, we held the celebration in our fellowship hall, and separated our tables to create an inviting family environment.

One unique feature about the meal was how each table was represented by a “father” figure to lead their table in the meal, with additional participation by a server, candle lighter, scripture reader, and child to recite the questions of the Haggadah.

With some amazing volunteers, amazing food, beautiful solos, creative decorations, and a togetherness that welcomes one another to the table, we enjoyed a splendid time of fellowship and remembrance this Maundy Thursday.

It is our desire to unite together as we enter into Good Friday, with participation and remembrance of Jesus leading His disciples from the Upper Room into Gethsemane.
