12 Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. – 1 Ti 4:12

Senior High Youth meets twice a month, every 2nd Saturday at Alex’s Place in Felch at 6pm and every 4th Sunday immediately following the church service at 10:30am.

img_9696Throughout the year we perform service projects such as, Highway Clean-up, Ringing Bells for the Salvation Army, and Community Meal Clean-up, and more.

At the end of the year we take a mission trip and have worked in Homeless Shelters, Adult Foster Care Communities, and the Ronald McDonald House to name a few.

Our mission is that all of our youth would be saved and have a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Everyone is welcome! From any church or fellowship, or even if you don’t have a church family.  Oh yeah, and we have TONS OF FUN AND FOOD!

“I know the Lord is always with me, I will not be shaken for he is right beside me.” – Ps 16:8

The Jr High Youth Group is made up of students in 5th-8th grade. We meet usually on the 1st and 3rd Sundays from 1:00-2:30 pm at church.  We start each meeting with a prayer, then we have a lesson, snack , and games.

Our mission:

“To come together as the youth of our area to learn about God’s unending love for us, to improve our personal relationships with the Lord, and to help our neighbors near and far.”

Different things we do throughout the year are:  Assist and perform in the Church Christmas program and Easter Program, Cook a meal for a family or two in our area who are going through different things, Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army,  Assist at the Zion Preschool Fundraiser, Children Sermons, visit a local nursing home, etc.

Our biggest event takes place in March when we have our Pizza Making Lock-In. We usually make around 250 pizzas that night and all money raised goes to a project of our choosing such as: Camp Elijah, Compassion International, etc.

We  also keep in touch with our friend Abigail from Boliva through Compassion International we will write letters to her and send pictures.
