Head, Hearts, and Hands
We believe that investing in our children is our greatest privilege as a church family. Across the board, all church members at Grace support and extend our efforts to help our kids grow in fear, love, and knowledge of the Lord.
Our desire with our children’s ministry is to offer them a unified lesson that involves learning (Head), worship (Heart), and service (Hands). Our volunteers are trained and equipped to serve these little ones with the tenderness and love they need. We unite them into 2 groups: Kidz Club (ages 2-5), and Children’s Church (ages 6+).
He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: ‘Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.’

Kids Worship Too!
One of the best tools for the growth of a child into a healthy disciple of the Lord is the modeling shown by mom and dad and the congregation. Because of this we include our children in worship up until the Children’s Sermon. In this way they get to pray with their parents, sing with their parents, and join the church in the corporate worship portion of our service. However, we believe they need special attention to tune their hearts and minds to the gospel. This is why after the Children’s Sermon they are invited downstairs to our kids classrooms for Kidz Club and Children’s Church.
Our Children’s Sunday School Includes:
- Songs of praise and participation in worship
- Bible lessons with illustrations, video clips, interaction, games and memorization
- Crafts and activities to apply the lesson and bring God’s teaching home
