God’s love is radical and ridiculous when viewed against the backdrop of human devotion.  The incredible message of the gospel displays a kind of love that give redefinition to what love actually is.

Romans 5:6-8

“You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

1. Reason – “For God so loved…” 
2. Reach – “the world…”
3. Response – “that He gave…”
4. Relevance – “His one and only Son…”
5. Request – “that whoever believes in him…”
6. Rescue – “shall not perish…”
7. Reward – “but have eternal life.”

1. Love gives to those who cannot pay back the deed
2. Love gives to the helpless
3. Love gives of the best
4. Love gives even when the offense is known
