Weekly Bulletin Announcements
March 1st 2026
- Seder Meal Planning Meeting Today: We will need an organized crew to help put on the special Seder Meal, planned for up to 100. All who are interested, please meet for a short meeting after church today in the Sunday school area with Amy Jackson and Grace Flunker. We will discuss all food items needed, set up, etc
- Deacons, Elders, and Leadership Team Meeting: Tomorrow, Monday, March 2 at 6pm at church. This special yearly meeting will explain the various servant leadership responsibilities. Also, we will be scheduling for the next year of Deacon assignments
- Daylight Savings Time for next Sunday: Remember to move your clocks ahead one hour, this coming Saturday night, March 7, to be on time for church
- Q&A at Lake Ellen Camp: A meeting will be held at Lake Ellen Camp on Saturday, March 7 from 9am-12, about the potential re-opening of Lake Ellen. The meeting will be in the dining hall
- Hearts of Grace Visits: On Friday, March 13, the Hearts are planning a home visit from 9:30-11:30am. Meet at church to carpool at 9:30am. Please contact Lois Daleen for details
- Grace’s Closet: March donations will be on March 14 & 15 in the outside bins at First Lutheran Church in Iron Mountain. See Grace Schwartz for more info
- Food Ministry: The delivery is scheduled for Monday, March 16. All non-perishable items and paper products can be brought to church anytime prior to that date. For information, see Carl or Bonnie Johnson, or reach them at 906-542-3872, 8am-5pm. Thank you for contributing

- TUESDAYS: Women’s Bible Study at Jean Panek’s, 12:30-2:30pm
- WEDNESDAYS: Bible Study: 8am in the Sunday School area / Prayer Circle: 10:30am, in the sanctuary / Youth Group: 5:30-7pm at church, dinner included
- THURSDAYS: Quilting at Church: 9:30-2pm

- Missionary Update: Phil Ketola to give an update on Matt & Sukey Lynskey
- Men’s Prayer Breakfast: Saturday, February 28, from 8-9:30am. All men are encouraged to come and enjoy breakfast, fellowship and prayer together. Contact Seth Wixtrom for more information (906-371-0475)
