Definition of Pride: Inappropriately valuing yourself in relation to others and to God
Observations:
- Pride is both an action and an attitude
- Prideful people are an abomination to God
- Pride is the root cause of downfall
- Pride causes separation from God
- Humility is recognizing one’s lowliness and dependence on God
Application:
- Ask God to dwell with you
- Ask for His grace
- Ask for humility and imitate Christ’s humility

Psalm 2:1-6
