Show and Tell – Invitation

Show and Tell – Invitation

The kindness of an invitation is God’s way of drawing us towards Himself.  We are offered the most gracious of invitations as we reach the very end of the Bible, with Jesus final words for the churches.  This final petition will serve as a model for how we too can best present the gospel by sharing what has first been offered to us as an invitation.

  1. The invitation expires
  2. The invitation comes with rewards

  7. The invitation is free
  8. The invitation is contagious
  9. The invitation is for you

Isaiah 58:11

“The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame.  You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never run dry.”

Ephesians 4:22-24

“You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness”
