No matter where you go, wherever you look, you will find evidence of God’s majesty. He has imbued his creation with clues to His character and promises. But there are some keys to making sure we are able to rightly identify those conclusions.
Observations:
- God’s majesty is recognized by those who belong to Him
- God’s majesty is rejected by fools who mock Him
- God’s majesty is registered from one extreme to the other
- God’s majesty rightly orders our perspective
- God’s majesty is revealed in His judgment and His patience
Conclusions:
- God is in control of all of His creation, even when it doesn’t feel like it
- You covenantally belong to the God who controls creation, if you are in Christ Jesus
- Your countenance will be shaped by where you fix your attention

Psalm 14:1
The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good.”
Proverbs 1:7
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.”
Romans 1:20-22
“For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools.”
2 Peter 3:3-9
“Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Matthew 14:22-33

Hebrews 2:8-9

Isaiah 40:26-31
